How to get to
Playa del Carmen
You can get to Playa del Carmen from Cancun or Tulum, here we tell you how.
From Cancun
By Car
61 min approximately
Drive south on 307 Cancún-Tulum highway. Arriving at Playa del Carmen exit on Benito Juarez Ave. At the end of the street you´ll find parking lots and you can walk to the dock.
By Bus
66 min approximately
ADO has departures every 30 min. from Cancun’s bus station. Playa del Carmen’s bus station is 300 ft away from the main dock and you can go walking.
From Airport
56 min approximately
Take a taxi or ADO bus to Playa del Carmen. Renting a car is another option.
From Tulum
By Car
50 min approximately
An alternative is to take a taxi to Playa del Carmen. They will drop you off at the bus station and you can walk to the dock.
By Bus
53 min approximately
ADO bus line has terminals at downtown Tulum and at the archeological site. A 50 minute ride will drop you off at walking distance from the dock.
By Colectivo Van
50 min approximately
Another alternative is a “colectivo van”. They offer transportation from any point on the highway to Playa del Carmen.
How to get to Cozumel & Villas Zamna
You can get to Cozumel from three points, by airport, passenger ferry or car ferry. To get to Villas Zamná, we recommend these routes by car.
From Airport
17 min approximately
On 8 de Octubre Avenue go straight, in the roundabout “El Caracol” turn left on Transversal avenue, you will pass two gas stations and Chedraui supermarket, then keep straight ahead for 12 minutes, the entrance will be on your right.
From Caletita (Ferry Car)
21 min approximately
Go straight on Main Street, in Andres Quintana Roo Avenue, turn right. Go past two traffic lights and you´ll find a roundabout. Turn left on Felix González Avenue and go straight. Once you get to Benito Juarez Avenue, turn right (in front is Chedraui) and go straight for 12 minutes, the entrance will be on your Right.
From Passenger Ferries
20 min approximately
Go straight on Main Street, in the Andres Quintana Roo Street turn left and go along the main road until you find the traffic lights, turn left on Pedro Joaquin Coldwell Avenue, go ahead for 2 blocks, and turn right on Benito Juarez Avenue. Go past the roundabout “El Caracol”, two gas stations and Chedraui (roundabout). Then keep straight for 12 minutes, the entrance will be on your Right.
