The house is located in the middle of the jungle, but close enough to the city to be able to do different activities while in the island, the idea of this project was to provide the guest the experience of being out of the city lights and noises but in a place that is as comfortable as any nice house in the city, this unique project in the island will bring close to the nature while you enjoy the other side of Cozumel.
We love to meet new people, we will be there for you anytime, we will give you recommendations of place to go and enjoy as we do as locals, we have car rentals, boat tours, atvs, island tours, snorkeling tours, jeep rental, let us take care of your vacation needs.
You’ll need a vehicle to get there and enjoy your stay, the villa es 15 mins from the airport, 20 mins from the ferry station, 2 minutes away from the beaches on the east side of the island.
There a few little stores around where you can get supplies.

Sounds of birds are common in this area, you can also see animals in their natural habitat such coatis, birds, racoon, and armadillos, since we are in a jungle location indoor hot tub. The outdoor jacuzzi is not heated.

My partner and I stayed at Humbertos villas for our 10 day vacation and absolutely loved our experience in villa Jaguar. If you’re looking for a tranquil jungle stay experience on the island, this is the perfect location. Humberto was extremely accommodating and had great recommendations for what to do on the island and for places to find authentic and delicious meals. On site staff were very nice, the air bnb space is clean and simple. I would highly recommend air bnb’ing within Humbertos villa paradise. Cheers!
Great private location! The staff were all very kind and prompt to answer any communication/questions. The food by chef Diana was a 10/10. Will definitely be staying here again when we come to Cozumel.
Absolutely perfect stay! We were there for 2 nights in Villa Tortuga. It was huge, modern and very clean considering that it was in a jungle. The main event was the AMAZING rainfall shower and jacuzzi. You can’t see it super clearly in the photos but part of the roof is transparent so it really feels like you’re outside but with the comfort of being enclosed. It rained when we were there but it was magical watching the droplets hit the roof while having a steamy warm shower. Humberto was incredibly responsive, just text him and he gets the job done. The private chef for breakfast was incredible, only wish it was available for dinner since during our stay we only had delivery options. Overall it was a 5/5 stay and I’d definitely come back!
