The house is located in the middle of the jungle, but close enough to the city to be able to do different activities while in the island, the idea of this project was to provide the guest the experience of being out of the city lights and noises but in a place that is as comfortable as any nice house in the city, this unique project in the island will bring close to the nature while you enjoy the other side of Cozumel
We love to meet new people, we will be there for you anytime, we will give you recommendations of place to go and enjoy as we do as locals, we have car rentals, boat tours, atvs, island tours, snorkeling tours, jeep rental, let us take care of your vacation needs
You’ll need a vehicle to get there and enjoy your stay, the villa es 15 mins from the airport, 20 mins from the ferry station, 2 minutes away from the beaches on the east side of the island.

We stood in the Jaguar Villa. These villas are truly a gem. We only reserved one night and immediately regretted that. The views of the jungle are beautiful and the area is very private and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations. Humberto, was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to respond to any inquiries we had. He even arranged a vehicle rental reservation for us once we arrived on the ferry. We will definitely be back!
Great location for sure, gives you the opportunity to visit the authentic and touristy sides of Cozumel. The east side shoreline was our favorite! The setting for the villa’s was jungle like and private. The daily breakfast was amazing, wonderful chef’s and a great staff. We would return to this same location the next trip back without hesitation.
I don’t even know where to start because for us everything was just right down to the smallest detail. Starting with the accommodation itself, which is beautifully located in nature and yet accessible by car or scooter, we have not slept in such a comfortable bed for a long time. The breakfast is a dream, my partner and I are both vegan and we were thrilled that there were a lot vegan options. Even for the additionally ordered private dinner (which is so good and was an absolute highlight for us) we got a vegan three course menu on request. I wish I had more time in the accommodation as we were only there for 3 nights and explored the island a lot, I would have liked to just stay in the accommodation itself. I can recommend everyone to rent a scooter instead of driving to Cozumel via car, as this is easier with the ferries and it is much more fun to check out the beaches with it. Also Humberto is a number one host, he’ll help with anything. Also the stuff is lovely and wholehearted, we will definitely come back for more than just three nights!
Amazing place, good hospitality, great design, good breakfast, definitely would return. Rent a scooter or a car, it’ll be easier.
